vs Excel + Word + Drive

A spreadsheet is flexible, free and familiar. But it does not track deadlines on its own. It does not block document generation when the passport number is missing. It does not flag that three employees have residence permits expiring next week. It does not remember which template was used for a specific order six months ago.
